This is the recipe for Hungarian dessert crepes. Make the crepes from the crepe recipe and prepare as shown below.
- 1 Pt Dry curd cottage cheese.
- 1 Egg, well beaten
- ¼ c Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together and spread thinly on crepe.
- Roll up the crepe jellyroll style.
- Arrange in buttered baking pan and pour sweetened sour cream over the top.
- Bake ½ hour at 350°.
- They are best served warm.
